En la mayoria de los displays para alimentar cada segmento no se lleba un positivo y un negativo a cada uno de ellos, lo que se hace es tomar una de las polaridades como comun y de esa forma para iluminar un segmento solo necesitaremos llebar una polaridad y no dos. Hay displays que usan el catodo como comun y otros usan el anodo como comun. El anodo seria el polo positivo y el catodo el polo negativo. Creo que era a esto a lo ke te referias no?

No se cierto si se llaman asi por lo menos el nombre es muy parecido y son como resistencias un poquito mas grandes tienen dos terminales y cuando les hacercas un iman hacen un cortocircuito.
tengo unos cuantos en casa haber si hago unas fotos y os los pongo tambien estoy buscando alguna pagina donde aparezcan pero no encuentro ninguna.
Estoy perfecionando el funcionamiento si veo que lo monto y funciona bien ya os comento algo mas.
